This waterfront feasibility study multidisciplinary team studied potential pedestrian connections; economic feasibility; environmental concerns; landscape and architectural issues; and inter-agency connections. The study area extended fro the Brooklyn Bridge south to East 38th Street north. WXY led the team in the production of an integrated plan that incorporated a public engagement element, East River shoreline access, and enhanced pedestrian access across the FDR Freeway.
