This one-acre park creates a promenade spine that takes advantage of a closed street. The promenade organizes the park activities around a four pavilion structures designed to house community activities and localized commercial markets. The park also includes restrooms, open lawn play, plaza with splash fountain, and a 5-12 year old play area.
