KENSINGTON GATEWAY

This small corner park is the first phase of the East Eustis Master Plan.  The park was designed to act as the visual and physical gateway to the East Eustis neighborhood. The key element of the design is a shelter that services bus riders as well as acts as a passive seating area for the community.  In addition to additional seating there are entry signs on each corner and a location within the park for public art.
