A multidisciplinary team studied potential pedestrian connections; economic feasibility; environmental concerns; landscape and architectural issues; and inter-agency connections for this waterfront feasibility study. The study area extended fro the Brooklyn Bridge south to East 38th Street north. WXY led the team in the production of an integrated plan that incorporated a public engagement element, East River shoreline access, and enhanced pedestrian access across the FDR Freeway.
